Background

The Ramat Beka campus is one of Elbit’s central operational sites in the Negev, consolidating development, manufacturing and logistics under one roof. Mashik was selected to lead the planning of the campus’s warehousing and facilities array — the largest project of its kind in Israel, spanning over 60 dunam (6 hectares) and dozens of facilities and warehouses.

The Challenge

Planning warehouses within a complex industrial campus requires balancing several constraints: optimal use of storage space, efficient material flow between the warehouse and the production lines, safe and regulation-compliant operation, and meeting tight schedule and budget targets.
